Preparation for year-end party
1:50 – Gathering
2:05 – Opening ceremony and uniform inspection
2:15 – Awards
2:30 – Den meeting
3:30 – Closing ceremony
Each den will prepare one song/skit/game for performing in 12/14 year-end party.
Parents:
- All scouts need to wear uniform A and arrive before 2pm, except Webelos II needs to arrive at 1:45 pm.
- All parents need to stay for the meeting
Den Leaders:
- Do not give snack to scouts before the closing ceremony
- Please prepare your den meeting
- Webelos II to conduct opening and closing ceremony
